PET strapping production equipment /PET strap making machine is a high-speed, environmentally friendly extrusion machine that can produce PET strapping with a width of 9-32mm. The finished PET strapping is an environmentally friendly polymer material widely used in packaging and bundling. Its excellent comprehensive performance has gradually replaced traditional steel strapping and PP strapping, making it the preferred bundling material for heavy industries such as logistics, chemicals, building materials, glass, chemical fibers, brick factories, and aluminum.
RAW MATERIALS
PET plastic steel belt can use raw materials: 100% bottle flakes or crushed materials or thickening granular materials
1. Bottle flakes--- waste mineral water, Sprite, Coke and other bottle flakes as raw materials, after crushing, cleaning, drying materials.
2. Crushed materials---- finished PET plastic steel belt after crushing, screening, cleaning, drying raw materials;
3. Thickening granular materials----PET crushed materials after processing, cleaning, thickening granular materials

PET packaging belt production line process flow
① feeding→② mixing raw materials→③ raw material pre-drying→④ vacuum dehumidification of raw materials→⑤ raw materials melting extrusion→⑥ material embryo expression(with embryo) cooling molding→⑦oven preheating→⑧first stretching→⑨second stretching→⑩embossing→⑪ oven tempering to set the shape→⑫ cooling → ⑬winding(finished product)
Raw Materials-----PET bottle flakes / polyester granules, or crushed PET scrap.
FEATURES:
Compatible with production utilizing 100% recycled materials. The entire production line integrates core units such as pre-crystallization and drying, specialized screw extrusion, rapid hydraulic screen changing, precision die heads, multi-stage oven stretching, shaping, embossing, and dual-station automatic winding. This enables fully automated, continuous, and high-speed production—from raw materials to finished strapping bands—and is managed by a PLC control system, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.
KEY FEATURES OF THE MACHINE:
1. Filter------ A three-dimensional pleated filter with an extra-large surface area; when fully expanded, its surface area is 30 times larger than that of a traditional flat filter. The filter mesh can reach 80 mesh, and a unique screen-changing mechanism significantly reduces screen-changing time and improves operational efficiency.
2. small elongation ----PET plastic steel belt is a kind of bundling products, its elongation change is very small, its elongation is only 1/6 of polypropylene, it can keep the tension, and make its elongation no longer change after packing
Features of PET plastic steel belt equipment:
1. Adopt special PET extruder dedicated screw, extrusion energy can be customized according to customer requirements.
2. Can use 100% recycled PET bottle flakes or broken material pellets for production.
3. The main machine extrudes evenly, the die head flow channel extrudes stably, and the whole line is automatically controlled by PLC.
4. According to different requirements, the coating material is replaced to make the strap have better stretching ability.
5. Equipped with melt filter, ventilation design and backwashing function.
6. Number of straps: 1-8 straps, support customization.
